		<description>We have an Asterisk setup in our office (replacing the previous Nortel PBX), and an arrangement with a US VoIP provider, which means that our calls to the US (dialed from any phone) end up being free.

I&#039;m sure you would be able to find a EU/Netherlands partner with a similar deal.</description>
