Since my D90 is on a holiday, I’m borrowing this 80s-era F3 for a photo excursion this weekend. I’m doing a social documentary course at the Cape Town School of Photography and this weekend we’re heading out to the townships to spend some time with an NGO that does homecare for people that can’t help themselves.

This will be the first time I’ve used a film SLR since about 1987. I had to read the manual to figure out how to load the film :) Hope I can coax a few decent shots out of the old thing.
