Mofam River Lodge in Elgin was the venue for Jeanette and Jason’s relaxed daytime wedding. Early rain scuppered the outdoor plans, so it ended up as an indoor picnic. Later the sun came out for some late afternoon drinks on the lawn.

Here’s the first of a backlog of weddings I need to post. Gail & Alasdair got married at the Courtyard Hotel in Mowbray, with their awesome reception at the next-door Wild Fig restaurant. Scottish heritage on both sides of the family saw the groom, the bride’s father, and a few others in kilts. Very smart.

Lucy celebrated her Bat Mitzvah with all her friends and family at a gorgeous bash at the family’s lovely Bishopscourt home. This was the first Mitzvah that I’ve shot, and hopefully not the last. I’ve never seen so many happy kids in one place – what a party! Mazel tov!
