Another wedding in the series that I’m shooting with Mitch from I Do Photography. We started in Hout Bay with the ceremony at the old Catholic Church and finished at the beautiful Kirstenbosch Gardens and the Silvertree Restaurant. A quiet couple, with an understated beauty from Elana, and a great sense of humour from Byron.

Today I went out to Hout Bay to take some pics with a few others from the Cape Town Photography Meetup. It was cold and windy and we shot some portraits, playing with different reflectors, diffusers and off-camera flash. We had coffee afterwards and before heading back to the car I spotted these 2 crazies selling soap. They were singing songs and talking in sync. It was like some pink aliens had landed at the harbour. I couldn’t frame the image properly because I was laughing too much.
