A macro taken with the z1 at close range. Highlights blown out by the tiny flash, and then I’ve added a lomo effect in Lightroom too, just to make the colours a little more far-out. Nice and graphic :)

Day 3, originally uploaded by codevader.

I had grand plans for today’s 365 shot. I had to go through to collect my new battery grip, so I thought I’d get some great shots at the park in Gardens. Lots of interesting people and dogs.

The weather had other ideas though, and we hadn’t been there 5 minutes before it started raining and the light closed out.

So this boring flower macro is all I can offer. I was playing with off-camera flash to get something slightly different, but no luck with that either.

Time for bed.
